Delivery Process

Orders are dispatched the same day if ordered by midday, from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. 

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays stemming from incorrect or incomplete address information. We urge you to verify your details during checkout.

Once an order leaves our facility, altering the delivery address or redirecting it incurs charges, which you’ll need to cover. Failure to confirm delivery details due to an invalid email address or phone number grants us the right to cancel the order.

In cases where an order is returned due to recipient non-responsiveness after courier attempts, the cost of resending the order is yours.

Should your order go missing, we’ll extend a replacement or refund. However, if our delivery partners provide proof of delivery, we won’t send a replacement to the original address.

If you receive a damaged product, retain the packaging, photograph both the damaged sweets/snacks and the outer packaging, and email us for swift resolution.

Unless you specify otherwise, orders are authorized to be left with a neighbour if the recipient is unavailable. If you prefer not to leave your order with neighbours or have a secure location in mind, please include this in the delivery instructions during checkout.
